1.Highlight three key insights concerning emotional intelligence that are explicitly linked to the role of an early childhood professional working with infants, toddlers and young children, with particular emphasis on the importance of relationships  for learning;

2.Identify ONE aspect of YOUR development concerning these insights, with a rationale for its selection and a brief plan for action  – that you are prepared to discuss with your Mentor Tutor and Mentor Teacher prior to commencing placement and work on throughout the year accordingly.
