To support you during the presentation, develop a PowerPoint (or other presentation program) presentation that includes the following:

1.The context in which these new ideas and concepts are being developed.

2.The practical and operational issues that will determine whether a concept can be implemented.

3.The creative thinking techniques that you used to consider and discuss each concept at the Management Team meeting.

6.Provide information session.
Prior to delivering the presentation, make sure that you practice your delivery, so you are well prepared. You will be assessed on your presentation technique as well as the content of your presentation.

Your assessor will advise you of the date and time of your presentation and will organise at least two other students to attend the information and training session in the role of staff members.

You are expected to take notes on the staff’s responses to include in a report to the CEO.

Begin your presentation by describing the context in which these new ideas and concepts are being developed.

Describe the practical and operational issues that will determine whether a concept can be implemented.

8.Write a concept implementation report.
The objective of this report is to further refine and test the selected concepts.

Your report should include, as a minimum, the following for each of the two selected concepts:
1.An introduction
2.The concept’s objectives
3. Feedback received at both meetings and the refinements that have been made to the concept.
4.Specialist advice that was sought
5.Comparison with at least one best practice example
6.Advantages and disadvantages of the concept
7.Practical and operational issues to be considered
8.Their commercial potential and requirements to commercialise the concept.
9.Any constraints to implementing the concept and strategies to deal with each constraint.
10.An implementation plan
Use the Implementation Report Template to guide your work.

9.Write a reflection report.

This report requires you to look at the process that you have undertaken to get the two concepts from inspiration to implementation.

This report should include an evaluation of the methodology that you used to originate and develop the two concepts to implementation phase. What went well and what didn’t go well?

It should also include suggestions for improvements that you would make to the process if you were to do a similar task in the future.
