Task :
This assessment task requires you to choose one of the following topics that relate to a vulnerable and/or culturally diverse population:
1. Providing culturally safe care for First Nations patients.
2. Obtaining consent from non-English speaking patients.
3. Impacts of the delayed transfer from the Emergency Department on patients with mental health issues.

You will need to search for, and then analyse available literature in order to:
1.Provide a brief outline of your chosen issue, including the impact the issue has on clinical practice and the vulnerable and/or culturally diverse population
2.Using four separate evidence based articles:
o identify and discuss four evidence-based recommendations that can be applied in clinical practice to ensure the issue is safely addressed. 
o Explain how the recommendation works to address the issue.
o Justify the use of the recommendation by discussing the currency,reliability, authority and purpose of the article.

When searching for articles to identify recommendations, use the library academic databases (e.g. CINAHL, PubMed, ProQuest, Scopus). You will need to find four separate articles that provide evidence-based recommendations for practice. You will need to ensure the article is current, reliable and fit for purpose.
