After delivering consultancy service to the selected client, you are required to submit a comprehensive report including following aspects;

a. Brief about of your experiences on the initial approach, proposal submission and securing consultancy task from client.
b. Describe about the nature and organization culture of your client’s entity.
c. Explain the entire process of delivery of your consultancy task
d. Explain the challenges, cooperation and resistance (if any) from client’s staff during the above process
e. Analyze and compare the pre-consultancy situation with post consultancy impact to your client’s business.
f. Explain about process of closing engagements with client and your methodology for post consultancy performance evaluation.
g. Explain the weaknesses and limitations of your consultancy design.
h. Include evidence for interactions with client. E.g., Documentations, visuals, videos, audios, and online meeting recordings.

1. You are required to conduct a presentation on your final report.
