4.Briefly explain the five steps an organisation needs to take to develop and implement an effective WHS /Management System (WHSMS). Respond in no more than 200 Word.

5.Briefly describe (in 10-15 words) any four common organisational policies which are focused on maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

6.Briefly describe (in 10-15 words) any four examples of written WHS procedures.

7.Explain the four-step hazard identification and risk management processes an organisation needs to follow to ensure a safe workplace. Respond in no more than 300 words.

8.Describe the hierarchy of risk control, their uses and at least one example each of how these controls are applied in the workplace. Respond in no more than 300 words.
