Assessment Description :-

Part A :-

One student in the group to submit to Moodle a compressed (zip, tar, rar, etc) file with interim source code of the application images and all related files to make the application installable and interim functional.

All team members to demonstrate in class (including Q & A session) the proto type with JavaScript and DB Interim developed backend connectivity and working.

Part B :-
One student in the team to submit to Moodle a zip file including:

1. A MS Word/pdf document of 4000-words maximum focusing on a fully functional and usable system based on your client’s requirement with a detailed report and user manual with snapshots of the front-end and containing details such as:

a) User Requirement and project description
b) System methodology and described contributions, RACI matrix
c) Architecture
d) System requirements for installation
e) Step by step installation process
f) Manual of use (place within the front-end snapshots)
g) Minutes of meetings
h) Proves of Project Collaboration tool used

2. A compressed (zip, tar, rar, etc) file with all source code of the application images and all related files to make the application installable and functional.

Team assignment processes are monitored to verify individual student work and affect individual marks. All team members should submit a peer assessment as instructed by the Lecturer (TeamMates application) before the due date of the report. All team members must participate of it (non-participants will have their mark considerably reduced).

Prototype demonstration will be followed by a Q&A session of 5 minutes.

o Project Management Model explaining how the team have been implementing the application meetings minutes and used project collaboration tool
o RACI matrix (see links for information, but it is part of the BISY2004 – Project Management unit)

You may need to use many tools and be ready for the Q&A session even though the tool usage is not assessed, rather the questions will be on the products/services created by you while using the tools.
