Your concept map must include:
• Identification and interpretation of three (3) patient risk factors (from the case study scenario) related to the disease/disorder’s aetiology or pathophysiology, grounded in evidence-based literature.
• A detailed pathophysiological sequence connecting the disease/disorder with five (5) clinical manifestations observed in the patient (from the case study scenario), grounded in evidence-based literature.
You do not have to provide reference citations on your concept map. The references you use in this assessment should appear in the reference list of your Written Explanation component.

Accompany your concept map with a 500-word explanation that:
• Explains and justifies two (2) diagnostic tests required to confirm the diagnosis. You will need to outline why these diagnostic tests are appropriate and how they lead to a diagnosis of the disease/disorder.
• Outlines two (2) appropriate treatment/management strategies for the patient from the case study scenario, based on evidence analysis and interpretation and explain why the treatment/management strategy is important. One of these strategies MUST include a pharmacological strategy.
